What we collect

When you use the enquiry form or contact us directly we collect your name, your company where you give one, your email address, your telephone number, the site postcode and whatever you tell us about the work.

We do not collect payment details through this website and we do not ask for them by email.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and where you go ahead, to carry out and record the work. Where a grant application is involved we pass the details the scheme requires to the administering body.

We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept while they are still live and then deleted. Records relating to completed installations are kept for as long as we are required to hold electrical certification and for any warranty period that applies.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us at the address above or email us and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
